Laundry service
Our hotel offers a laundry service (excluding dry cleaning) for our guests from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Clothes handed in before 10:00 AM will be returned the same day starting from 7:00 PM. Clothes received after 10:00 AM will be returned the following day.

You will find a couple of bottles of mineral water in the minibar in your room, courtesy of the hotel.
Smoke-free hotel
We inform you that all our rooms are non-smoking, so smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in them, in accordance with the law in force. We try to guarantee a 100% smoke-free space. If during your stay we detect that you have not complied with this rule, you could be fined for it with an extra charge of €100 for extra cleaning and ventilation.
Temperature control
We inform you that the temperature is regulated so that your room always maintains a comfortable temperature, the position must always be in AUTO and you can regulate it according to your comfort, in +3 degrees or -3 degrees, the fan options having no function, if you want any changes you can contact our reception.
